Physio with a Difference
As a highly skilled clinician with over 16 years of experience, I offer professional physiotherapy services, delivered in a comfortable home-based environment.
My approach centres on comprehensive assessment and treatment of the hip, back, pelvis, neck, and spine, along with a strong focus on women's health, pregnancy-related conditions and persistent pain.
I bring a deep understanding of movement and pelvic health to every session—combining advanced diagnostic insight and meaningful real-world education, to support long-term results and self-awareness. While my hands-on skills continue to be part of my toolkit—including dry needling, muscle energy techniques and precisely targeted release work — I’ve evolved away from heavy and prolonged manual therapy, instead prioritising targeted therapy where it matters, movement re-education, personalised exercise, and collaborative care guided by strong clinical reasoning.
My approach is grounded in clear, supportive communication. I also draw on principles from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), where appropriate, to help clients navigate the link between mindset, pain, and recovery.
You’ll always feel at the centre of your care—with each session tailored to meet your goals, in a way that aligns with your body and life. Alongside clinical work, I'm gradually shifting into physiotherapy education and resource development—teaching others to see movement through a sharper, softer lens. I'm passionate about helping both clients and clinicians better understand complex movement patterns, chronic pain, and pelvic health through accessible, practical education. Whether it’s through mentoring, presenting, or building thoughtful resources, my aim is to share what I’ve learned in a way that’s real, useful, and grounded in lived experience.

I hope they spark reflection and add value to your practice—and as always, I welcome your feedback.

Always consult a medical professional to rule out underlying causes of pain, injury, or stress that may require specific treatment. Understanding your experience of pain and stress is most effective when supported by professional input—especially when integrating anatomical, mechanical, and emotional factors as part of a broader recovery plan. While I plan to refresh them in the future with updated recordings, I’m making them available now in the hope they can offer calm and clarity to those navigating difficult experiences.
